    The Committee on Pensions and Retirement moves to amend the bill on page eight, section seven, line one, following the word “any” by inserting the words “principal or”;

    And, on page eight, section seven, line two, following the word “balances” by inserting a comma and the words “principal, payments or distributions of any kind”.
